What Working with a Plant-Based Strength Coach Actually Looks Like
Most people don't reach out to a coach because they don't know what they're signing up for. So let me just show you — exactly what working with me looks like, from the first form you fill out to the moment you hit a PR you didn't think was possible.
Coaching can feel like this mysterious, intimidating thing. You wonder if it's really for someone like you. You wonder if it's worth it. You wonder what actually happens after you click "submit." I want to take all of that uncertainty off the table right now.
Here's what it actually looks like to work with me.
Step One: We Figure Out If We're a Good Fit
I don't do high-pressure sales calls. That's just not how I operate, and honestly it's not how I'd want to be treated either.
When you reach out, the first thing I'll send you is an onboarding form. It's a series of questions designed to help us both understand right away whether working together makes sense — your goals, your current habits, your experience level, and what you're looking for. I review every single one personally.
An intake form gives you the space to be honest without feeling on the spot. It also means that if something like pricing is a concern, I can address it thoughtfully and help point you in the right direction — whether that's working with me or finding a resource that fits better where you are right now. No pressure, ever.
If the form tells me we're aligned, we'll schedule an intake call. That's where we talk through your timeline, your goals, what you want your life to actually look and feel like, and what coaching with me involves practically and financially. By the end of that call, you'll know exactly what to expect — and so will I.
What a Typical Week Looks Like
I want to be upfront: there's no one-size-fits-all program here. Everything I build is specific to you — your schedule, your fitness level, your goals, and how your body responds. That said, here's what a typical week generally looks like for my clients.
4 days of structured strength training, built specifically for you and delivered directly to your client portal — ready to go whenever you are.
One hour, one-on-one. We talk through how the week went, what's working, what needs adjusting, and what's coming up next.
You have access to me via message throughout the week for anything that comes up. Questions, wins, frustrations — I'm here.
I track how you're progressing and adjust your programming as needed. Nothing stays static — your plan evolves as you do.
Nutrition: What I Can (and Can't) Help With
As a plant-based nutrition specialist, nutrition coaching is a big part of what I do — and I want to be completely transparent about what that includes, because I think honesty here actually matters a lot.
What I can help you with
Structuring your meals around your training, hitting your protein and calorie targets, understanding plant-based nutrition, building sustainable food habits, supplement education (including creatine, B12, and more), and aligning what you eat with your goals — whether that's fat loss, muscle building, or performance.
What falls outside my scope
I am not a registered dietitian or physician. I cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions through nutrition, identify deficiencies, prescribe specific nutrient dosages for health issues, or create plans to manage conditions like diabetes, hormonal disorders, or digestive diseases. If you have a medical concern, I will always refer you to the right qualified professional.
I tell you this not to put up walls, but because I think the women I work with deserve a coach who is straight with them about what they're getting. What I can offer is genuinely comprehensive nutrition support for healthy women who want to get stronger and feel great eating plants. And that covers a lot of ground.
Why Work with Me Specifically
There are a lot of coaches out there. So why a plant-based female strength coach?
Because I am not teaching theory. I am living this. I have been plant-based since 2019, I have done the recomposition, I have hit the PRs, I have navigated every practical challenge that comes with fueling heavy training on plants — and I have made it my life's mission to understand this world as deeply as I possibly can so I can share that with the women I work with.
"I am and will be your biggest supporter. My goal isn't just to hand you a program — it's to make sure you actually reach yours."
My techniques are constantly evolving. I never stop learning, and I am never too proud to share something new I've discovered with my clients. This isn't a static service — it grows with me, which means it grows with you.
I would love nothing more than to work with clients in person someday. But being online means I can reach women everywhere — and that feels even more right. Because this isn't about geography. It's about finding the women who are ready, wherever they are.
Is This You?
I work best with a specific kind of woman. Not because other women aren't capable — but because I want to set everyone up for success, and that means being honest about who I'm really built to serve.
She's ready. She just needs the right person in her corner.
- ✓She's a woman who is ready for a real lifestyle change — not a quick fix.
- ✓She's curious about plant-based eating — whether that means going fully vegan or simply reducing animal products and learning how to fuel her body better.
- ✓She wants to get stronger, feel more confident, and build a body that supports a long, healthy life.
- ✓She knows she's capable. She's always known she's capable. She just hasn't had the right plan or support system to get there yet.
- ✓She's doing this for herself — her health, her happiness, her confidence — whether that means impressing herself, inspiring her family, or competing at a professional level.
If that sounds like you, I genuinely cannot wait to hear from you. And if you're not quite there yet — if the timing isn't right or you're still figuring things out — that's okay too. My free community, The Plant Powered Women's Gym, is a great place to start.
Not at all. My ideal client is someone who is curious about plant-based eating — that could mean going fully plant-based, or simply wanting to reduce animal products and learn how to fuel her body with more whole, plant-based foods. You don't have to have it all figured out. That's what I'm here for.
Beginners are very welcome. I build every program from where you actually are, not where I think you should be. We'll start with the foundations, build your confidence and technique, and progress from there. Knowing nothing is not a barrier — it just means we get to build something great from scratch together.
Everything is delivered through your personal client portal. Your programs, notes, and progress tracking all live in one place. It's designed to be straightforward and easy to use — you shouldn't have to think twice about where to find what you need.
Life happens — and that's exactly why we have weekly calls and ongoing communication. If something comes up, we talk about it and adjust. Coaching isn't about being perfect every week. It's about building something sustainable that works with your real life, not against it.
Yes — nutrition is a core part of what I do. As a plant-based nutrition specialist, I help you structure your meals, hit your protein and calorie targets, understand plant-based fueling, and build sustainable eating habits that support your training.
