I’m Abby — a certified personal trainer and plant-based nutrition specialist, vegan since 2019. I’ve been lifting since high school and training consistently for the past two years.
I’m here for one thing: helping women get stronger so they feel confident and build a body that supports a long, healthy life. I’m also big on making plant-based nutrition practical — especially protein — so your training, recovery, and results actually line up.
